Israel Ballistic Missile Ranges
Is it saber-rattling, is it preparation for an offensive missile strike on Iran, or is it preparation for a defensive shield against Hizbullah’s threat of a “rain of missiles over Israel”? Either of the above are within the range of possibilities as Aaron Kein, head of the Jerusalem bureau for World Net Daily, as reported on December 30, 2011:
Aaron Klein – “Multiple eyewitnesses reported seeing Israeli military trucks in recent days transport and station large missiles at the periphery of Jerusalem and in locations inside the West Bank. The descriptions of the projectiles are consistent with the Jewish state’s mid-to-long range Jericho ballistic missiles…
One of the eyewitnesses was a member of the Palestinian Authority security services. He claimed to me that a large missile was stationed five days ago near Neve Yaacov, a Jewish neighborhood in northeast Jerusalem. That neighborhood is adjacent to several Palestinian-inhabited towns…
The PA security member, speaking on condition of anonymity, speculated the missiles were related to a possible Israeli offensive against Iran. He commented that such missiles were offensive in nature, and usually not meant to serve as defensive posture…”
Earlier this month, on November 2, 2011, the Israeli Defense Force did successfully test fire a long-range ballistic missile from Israel’s Palmachim Air & Space Test Center. This missile was believed but not confirmed by the Israeli Defense Force to be the new Jericho III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile testing its new advance propulsion system.
This Patriot III missile is capable of delivering a single 750 kg nuclear warhead to two to three low yield MIRV warheadswith a range of 4,800 to 7,180 miles and capable of being launched from hardened silos, or transported by railcar or mobile transport platforms. Guided by radar, the Jericho III’s range would give it striking range to cover the entire Middle East plus Africa, Europe, Asia, all parts of North America and most of South America and North Oceania. Immediately there were Iranian threats from Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi in a speech to army volunteers that Iran could launch “150,000 or more” missiles against Israel or NATO.

Earlier, it was reported by Israel National News that the Israeli Defense Force was in the preparation stage of deploying its “Magic Wand” long-range missile defense system in Central Israel. This would be a multilayered missile and rocket defense system. The Magic Wand could operate in any type of inclement weather as it fires intercepting missiles with the ability to change course in mid-flight. This would balance with the Israeli Iron Dome that could intercept short range rockets.
Yet, the with the increasing threat of Hamas’ rocket capabilities, both missile defense shields could be overwhelmed if Hizbullah, who does possess tens of thousands of rockets or missiles, chooses to launch thousands of missiles at once in a day. This would leave the Israeli Air Force with the “race against time” to destroy Hizbullah’s stockpiles and launch sites by aerial attack before Israel’s entire military defense system would be overwhelmed.
The Iron Dome and Magic Wand are only two of the three systems that Israel is developing and has been deploying as part of its multilayered missile and rocket defense apparatus. The third is the “Arrow 3” that has the capability of destroying nuclear tipped ballistic missiles arriving in form outside the atmosphere. Israel’s entire Theatre of War Defense System was covered by a Destination Yisra’el blog one year ago on November 27, 2010 titled, “Israel Prepares for the Defense of “The Land” and her own National Existence.”
Yet, in a world in which numerous countries or coalitions of countries are seeking to control Planet Earth, and the economies of the major countries of the world, the G-d of Israel has proclaimed that a day would come in which all the nations of the world will come against Israel. Yet, this is not the case today. Israel is allied with the United States and NATO.
At the same time, the Nation of Iran is spouting its threats against the west as it closes in on developing its own nuclear weapons, and completing its missile defense system preparing for an international offensive against the west.
In the midst of these rumblings from the military defense and intelligence system, and while the Nation of Syria is in disarray; the government of Israel appears to be making preparation for total war. Syrian President Bashar Assad was even isolated this past week by a vote of “no confidence” when the Arab League sanctioned its first Islamic member, the Assad regime on November 27, 2011. This was coupled with:
- Large navy buildups by the United States and Russia in the Mediterranean.
- That over 150 Iranian Revolutionary Guards specialists had landed at a military airport south of Damascus in route to Lebanon to assist Hizballah in bringing their rockets out of hiding in preparation for a missile blitz over Israel.
- Israeli armored brigades were pushing northwards towards the Lebanese and Syrian borders.
- Qatar and Turkey were airlifting "volunteers" from Libya to fight with the rebel Free Syrian Army.
- Russia was airlifting the advanced Pantsir-1 (SA-22 Greyhound) anti-air missiles that could be used in breaking an imposed no-fly zone over Syria, plus;
- Russian was airlifting the supersonic Yakhont (SS-26) missiles that would target vessels blockading Syria's shores at a distance of 300 kilometers from Syrian coastline.
- Yet, during this same week, the Free Syrian Army smashed into the Air Force Intelligence base of Harasta near Damascus using rocket grenade launchers and heavy machine guns.
- The Free Syrian Army at the same time attacked the ruling Baath party headquarters in Damascus.
While the world is witnessing the appearance of the widening breach between the Obama White House and the State of Israel, what is also secretly being observed is the most exceptional level of military coordination that is going on between Israel and the United States.
The American Presidency is sheltering the Supreme Military Council of Egypt as a strategic cornerstone of its Middle Eastern policy. It also appears that the United States and Israel are working in close coordination with each other in isolating Abbas the President of the Fatah government in the West Bank. First we see the United States withdrawing American funds to support the Palestinian regime and Israel refusing to transfer tax receipts to the Palestinian Authority in will bankrupt the Fatah government in the West Bank. Any spectrum of cooperation between Israel and the Palestinians appears to be fading into the snowy fog of a winter blizzard.
The Israeli Jericho III Ballistic Missile
Intelligence reports are formulating a consensus that Washington and Israel are charting out the largest military offensive operation in the annals of history against a country’s nuclear program. All in all, this offensive may include up to 13 nations that will soon be face to face in what some journalists are calling World War III. These countries may include in part: the United States, Israel, Britain, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Canada, Australia and Saudi Arabia. On the opposition, it may include, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, and Turkey.
It appears also, at this junction, that Israel will be fronting the entire offensive by the Israeli Air Force taking on the whole offensive by itself that is anticipated of being a ten to fourteen day blitz against Iran. They will attempt to disable the primary nuclear facilities in Iran plus the command and control center of the Revolutionary Guard. At the same time, in the background will be a NATO coalition with America in alliance with the Western Allies of Britain, France and Germany, who will be prepared to come to the Israeli’s assistance.
What a way to cure the “pneumonia” in the global economy than a war. Will this be World War III? Maybe not! We may consider the alternative war of the “Ram and He-goat prophecy” within the Book of Daniel in chapter 8.
Daniel 8:5-6 – “I was observing, and behold!
The he-goat comes from the west,
Across the surface of the whole earth, not touching the ground.
And the he-goat had a conspicuous horn between it eyes.
It came up to the horned ram I had seen standing before the river,
And ran at it with fury of its might.

Now if the he-goat is the modern inheritor of the “horn” of ancient Greece, that fronted ancient Rome, for as the sages of Judah proclaimed; “Greece is the face of Rome”, then a new biblical global reality is being assembled in front of our eyes.
The big mystery of the strike is how did the non-stealthy F-15s and F-16s get through the Syrian air defense radars without being detected?
The planning appears to be going into its final stages, checking all the smallest details so as to leave nothing to chance. First attack will arrive as austere sanctions are placed by European nations against Iran.

Joel C. Rosenberg – “Guess who is leading the world on a tougher policy towards Iran? Not the U.S. It’s the French, the British and our Canadian friends to the north.
Last week, France, Great Britain, Canada and the U.S. imposed new economic sanctions on Iran. The triggers: the recent IAEA report indicating Iran is steadily developing nuclear weapons, and Iran’s recent attempt to launch terrorist attacks in Washington, D.C. The goal: to try to force Iran’s economy to its knees, with the hopes that Iran’s current government — or a new one — will be forced to give up its nuclear weapons ambitions to get its economy growing again.
But French President Nicolas Sarkozy, British Prime Minister David Cameron, and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, to their credit, took a tougher stance that President Obama. They imposed sanctions on Iran’s Central Bank. They also called all nations of goodwill to follow their lead.
While a unified offensive on the diplomatic front is launched with “sanctions against Iran’s Central Bank”, the war preparations appear to be so well developed for the offensive strike against Iran, that to strategic intelligence observers, each national leader will support each other to the end and not allow this strategic war offensive to go astray.
With the adrenaline surging in the blood vessels of the leaders of the “free world” in Europe and America, we begin the see preparations for a major war intensifying in the rising lust for war. We see this affect also in the recent report from Sorcha Faal who wrote:
Sorcha Faal – “The Federal Security Service (in Russia) is reporting today that the “secret letter” sent to Prime Minister Putin by Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda contains a warning that United States President Barack Obama has issued an executive-level “kill order” against US Congressman Ron Paul over fears this charismatic politician, who many believe could capture the Republican Presidential 2012 nomination, is about to expose to all Americans what can only be described as the largest mass theft in human history.
According to this report, Prime Minister Noda first became aware of this “kill order” after a private meeting with Obama at last week’s ASEAN Summit meeting in Indonesia when the American President expressed his “unconstrained joy” over the toppling of the Greek and Italian governments in bloodless coups by EU banksters who then installed to run these countries unelected former Goldman Sachs executives.”
As the American president was assisting the European governments in imploding in true “Hegelian dialectics” the weaker national governments in Europe and restoring these nations with new “aligned” governments that are aligned properly with the future One World Order, the international relations between Europe and Iran hit a new low.
The Iranian government permitted a group of Basij students to create a mob attack and ransack the British embassy in Tehran on November 29. Great Britain immediately shut down the Iranian embassy and expelled their entire diplomatic staff.
Germany followed suit and recalled their ambassador to Iran, while France recalled their ambassador for “consultations” over Iran’s “flagrant and unacceptable” violation of the Vienna Convention. Italy appeared to be following suit by considering closing its embassy in Tehran.
As these swift movements were embroiling Europe, the Iranian's Guardian Council pushed through a parliamentary bill that would compel the government of Iran to expel the British ambassador. They also threatened to also allow angry Iranians storm the British embassy as they did storm the American embassy in 1979. Are we surprised, for the picture depicts the current Jewish Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, when he was once a student leader in the infamous 1979 raid on the American Embassy in Tehran?
So as our economic and geo-political world appears to be careening out of control, what if something goes wrong? With three proposed dates and scenarios when the American led coalition against Iran makes its final move for the beginning of D-Day against Iran; either within 30 – 60 days in December 2011 to January 2012, or by April 2012, or just before the American election of November 2012? Can we see also the potential that the State of Israel and the Netanyahu government being set up to “take the fall” if something goes wrong?
Will this fact give the American President “unconstrained joy”as he imagines Israel descending into the status of a Third World Country completely under the control of a world leadership? Yet, is this what the prophetic picture depicts at the time of the end?
Daniel 8:7 – “I saw it (the He-Goat of modern Grecian Hellenistic democratic aerial powers of America with Israel her ally, fronting the Rome’s NATO powers) reach the Ram (Persian Iran buttressed by the power of Russia and China). It fought bitterly with it,
And smote the ram (Persian Iran) and broke its two horns (Russia and China).
The ram lacked the strength to stand before it.
It threw it to the ground and trampled it,
And there was no one to rescue the ram from it (He-Goat).

We can’t see Israel in this prophetic picture of the time of the end. Yet, this picture allows the inclusion of Israel in the frontal attack of Iran as an ally of the Grecian he-Goat. This picture also allows the inclusion of Persia/Iran to be also a partner in a world attack against Jerusalem and the Land of Israel in the Gog-Magog invasion of Israel as outlined in Ezekiel 38-39.
Ezekiel 38:4-7 – “I will entice you, and put hooks in your cheeks. I will bring you with your entire army, horses and horsemen, all of them fully outfitted, in huge numbers of troops, all of them with shields, holding swords. Among them will be Persia (Iran), Ethiopia (Egypt) and Put (Libya), all of them with shields and helmets; Gomer (Germanic tribes of central Europe) with all its divisions; Beit Togarmah (Turkey) from the most distant parts of the north, with all its divisions; and the many nations with you. Get ready and prepare yourself, you and all your troops gathered around you, and you will lead the way.”
This is also in harmony with the testimony of Daniel’s archangelic advisor, Gabriel, when he states to Daniel in unequivocal terms when this war of the nations will occur:
- Daniel 8:17 – “Human being! Understand that the vision refers to the time of the end.”
- Daniel 8:19 – “I am going to explain to you what will happen at the end of the period of fury (Nazi Holocaust against the Jews of Europe)…
- Daniel 8:19 – “because (the vision) has to do with the time of the end.”
- Daniel 8:26 – “The vision of the evening and morning which has been told is true; but you are to keep the vision secret, because it is about the days in the distant future.”
Yes, we are in those times, yet, are we prepared?
