HAARP Atmospheric Heaters in Alaska
Surrounding Planet Earth is a dynamic electromagnetic shield, protecting us from comic radiation and even protecting us from cosmic asteroids deflecting them away from us. Over the centuries, these magnetic lines crisscrossing over Planet Earth have been documented as power centers or vortex centers.
The capitals of many ancient cultures were located along these magnetic grids and here is where the nobility and rulers felt that they could access communications with the spirit world on the other side. Even state capitals are located on such electromagnetic grid lines, that were called “ley lines in ancient Isle of Britannia (Great Britain).
So today, secret energy forces are used in the form of billions of volts of energy that are shot into the ionosphere and then redirects these massive bolides of energy back into mantle and tectonic plates under the ground surface of our earth. What is known is the United States Congressional record did in one session discuss the official use of HAARP by penetrating the earth with signals that are then bounced off of the ionosphere. These magnetic signatures were used to penetrate the crust of the earth where scientists can focus these energies deep into planet earth where underground tunnels or nuclear and conventional weapons storage are located. They are also used to find oil, gas of other valuable natural resources are located deep inside the mantle or the crust of the earth.

It was in the United States that the U.S. Senate dedicated $15 million to develop Earth Penetrating Tomography in order to look deep under the mantle of the earth in order to discover oil and gas deposits. Yet, when these massive radio-waves are used, it can affect the migration routes of birds, fish and wild animals. Even more so, it can disrupt the mental barriers of the human mind that traverse in the human neuronal highways and cause psychiatric mental disruptions. Through the use of pulsed radio-frequency radiation (which HAARP uses), the human mind can be manipulated or disrupted over large land masses on our earth.
Yet, what is most known and feared are the control these powerful signals are used to control weather patterns over vast sectors of the earth. This fact was highlighted in a book written by Zbigniew Brzezinski, former professor at Columbia University.

MacDonald - specialist in problems of warfare - says accurately-timed, artificially excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the Earth. In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period. No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages, to some the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades."
It was Ted Eastlund who “bragged” that a super-charged ionospheric heater was capable of controlling weather. This idea was confirmed by Begich and Manning who revealed in secret government documents that the U.S. military is capable utilizing weather-control technology against its enemies. When HAARP is ramped up to its maximum power capacity, it will create weather systems over entire continental areas either in the northern or southern hemispheres.
On July 7, 2011, MSNBC Morning Joe invited Zbigniew Brzezinski, President Carter’s National Security Adviser forty years ago, who predicted that the middle class America unrest caused by becoming disenfranchised by the economic chaos would soon hit America.

According to Brzezinski, civil unrest would begin when the lower middle class becomes severely affected by the economic fallout and rising unemployment when the United States, Europe and Japan, the three pillars of global economic strength are struggling in a deep financial crisis. So today we witness the New York “Occupation Wall Street” Revolt that has now gone global against the International Economic World Order under the control of the Western Globalists and the Federal Reserve. The Wall Street Journal – “It had to happen. The Occupy Wall Street movement - with no leaders, no identifiable agenda and nothing but time on its hands - is turning violent. In Oakland and Atlanta, both cities with Democratic mayors who publicly supported OWS, the decision has been made to evict.
The Oakland eviction turned into a melee, with the police firing tear gas after they said the protesters hurled M-80 fireworks and rocks at them. Oakland's mayor, Jean Quan, had marched with the OWS protesters but acted out of concerns for public safety. Afterward, a protester calling himself "D" told the police, "Sorry guys, this isn't over." Of course. But as always with OWS, the question remains: Exactly what isn't over?
In Atlanta, Mayor Kasim Reed, formerly sympathetic, is now being described as the "arch enemy." In Chicago, OWS protesters invaded city hall and rode up to Democratic Mayor Rahm Emanuel's office chanting, "Whose house? Our house!" Sounds familiar.
About 11 p.m. Wednesday night in New York, TV news helicopters broadcast live pictures of hundreds of OWS protesters from Zuccotti Park swarming and shouting through the streets of Tribeca.
Local authorities have been remarkably restrained so far with this unfocused movement. It's time now for public officials to defend both the idea and the reality of public order in their neighborhoods by re-establishing it. Elected officials have spoken endlessly of the right of peaceful protest. Got it. But letting protestors conclude they can do what they want is very close now, especially in New York, to establishing a bad precedent that will come back to haunt these cities.”
