Patriotic Israeli Settlers in Migron in the Shomron Pioneering Settlements
The Shomron settlement of Migron was a hometown for fifty Orthodox Jewish people. Today there are three less homes. It was first built in 1999 by the blessings of the State of Israel believing that here was a strategic point where Jewish settlers could become the frontline for homes for the expanding Israeli population. The Ministry of Housing and Construction drew up initial blue prints for 500 housing units that including public buildings. It was backed up by a budget of NIS 4.3 million to help develop the site, according to the 2005 Talia Sasson report. Yet, even though the State of Israel funded the project, it did not receive authorization from the Defense Ministry of the Israeli government.
According to the Talia Sasson Report, the settlement “outpost” was not constructed until May, 2001 on what the Sasson Report stated was land that belonged to Palestinians. The fact that later administrations of the Israeli government have accepted the Sasson Report without critical legal review, it placed any of the properties that were reputed to be built on private Palestinian property under international harassment and state jeopardy.
Migron spokesman Itai Chamo argued that the issue of Migron is not so clear-cut. The settlement outpost was early laid out in 64 land lots. Fifty seven of these lots were abandoned property. There others were purchased from Palestinian owners. There were only four lots with questionable claims of Palestinian ownership.
According to Chamo, of the three homes in dispute, two are located on property that were purchased and have legal title to the land, and the third property was located on abandoned land. In 2009 the case against the four lots in the outpost settlement was filed a case regarding the status of the land before a Tel Aviv court. That case has been put on hold pending the High Court decision on the outpost. Then along came Peace Now in 2006, who filed a case against the outpost, which in 2008 was put on hold while the Council of Jewish Communities of Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip stuck a deal with the government. That “deal” contained a promise that Migron would be voluntarily removed to the nearby settlement of Geva Binyamin within two years.

The Jerusalem bureaucracy continued its classic dinosaurian pace of bureaucratic delays, so the Migron residents began building, so Peace Now reignited the case. This time the leftist anti-Zionist NGO organization seeking to force European anti-Zionism upon the State of Israel forced action in the High Court to seek injunctions against any building on the properties. In response to the Israeli High Court which ordered the demolishing of the three homes, a stay had been granted, but in the midst of the night IDF Black Storm Troopers arrived like the Black Horse of the Apocalypse; three families, children and babies thrown out of their homes, and their homes bulldozed down to bedrock. Let us look at this ignoble deed to these patriotic Orthodox Israeli families who understand that the next step to expulsion from “The Land of Israel” is their own extermination by the Arabs and Palestinians:

Open Letter to Prime Minister Netanyahu from OvadYah Avrahami, Director of Kol Ha Tor
Of recent again, Yesh Din, an Israeli human rights organization moved into the fray, once again claiming that that land was clearly owned by Palestinians, but the proof of ownership was never legally revealed. On the eve of the United Nation’s vote to affirm, reject, or to table the Palestinian State in order to pressure again the appeasing government of Israel, stimulated the following “Open Letter” to the Netanyahu administration by Kol Ha Tor director, OvadYah Avrahami. Let us read what he wrote:
OvahYah Avrahami – “All your nice talk fades to meaningless vapor, Mr Netanyahu, in light of your Hitlerian treatment of your OWN Jewish nation at Migron, with your heartless and mindless trained ‘Gestapo’ troop units and inhuman treatment of women, children and babies in the dark of night. Your actions as recorded in this video make me ashamed and embarrassed to be an Israeli. It is only my Faith in the Living G-d of Israel that makes me proud to be an Israeli in these dark days of Jewish self-destruction.
There can be no greater human rights crime than forcibly removing morally exemplary people from their homes, destroying their belongings and then bull-dozing it – mostly without compensation! Hitler did it, but he was a Jew-hater and Satan inspired. You would do well to heed HaShem’s words and directives as recorded in our history in the Bible – and to reflect on where your predecessor lies in a living dead body, after espousing similar draconic treatment of his own nation in Gush Katif.
The G-d of Israel neither slumbers or sleeps – and if even the righteous Moses received harsh judgment at the end of his honorable leadership of this same nation, we do not have to guess or speculate what the end will be of those leaders who disrespect His people and dishonor and disenfranchise them in dictatorial fashion as our enemies do!
I certainly shudder, Mr. Netanyahu, for myself standing in Judgment before Him – but I certainly would not want to be in your and Mr Barak’s shoes on that Great and sure Coming Day. And it may be sooner than we would like to believe! The Land of the G-d of Israel, promised to the Children of Avraham, can NOT be bartered away to please our enemies whom we regard as ‘friends’.
Take heed Mr. Netanyahu!
And you certainly will NOT receive my vote in future! Disgusted! – and if you think that I am pre-conceived and ill-informed, then I challenge you to LOOK AT this video and justify your actions. It is absurd in the entire world, that this is the treatment that model citizens receive from their own governments. This could only happen in barbaric, godless and in dictatorial Muslim countries.
I challenge you to refute me on this statement, in which case I shall withdraw my words and apologize to you.

In the United States, it must be noted that organizations biased towards certain political persuasions have no legal standing in American courts seeking to expel people over property right disputes. Only the “alleged” actual property owners of the land can file suit, and those owner with proper Title Deeds to the property could potentially receive compensation but never have homes been demolished in the middle of the night and families evicted by military forces.
It’s time for the Zionist State of Israel to remember its divine mandate:
Zechariah 8:14-17 – “For Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘Just as I resolved to do you harm when your forefathers provoked me,’ Adonai-Tzva’ot says, ‘and I did not relent; so now, I resolve to do good to Yerushalayim and to the House of Y’hudah. Don’t be afraid! These are the things you are to do: speak the truth to each other; in your courts, administer justice that is true an conducive to peace; don’t plot harm against each other; and don’t love perjury; for all these are things I hate,’ says Adonai.”

The prophecies are clear that the G-d of Israel will fulfill what He has promised to fulfill so that peace can restored to all the earth. Part of that prophecy is the restoration of All Israel. This is not a conditional prophesy and neither is it a Jewish prophesy, but we will be restored back into brotherhood and fellowship with our cousins, the Jews of the House of Judah (Ezekiel 37)
This Biblical portrayal includes Prophecies that the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel are about to return to the Land of their Biblical Inheritance. This is Divine Destiny in living reality as the 10 Lost Tribes of Israel return to their Homelands first in Shomron (Samaria), Israel. Here is a joint Orthodox Jewish and 10-Triber Mission to bring awareness of the imminent fulfillment of the Biblical Prophecies regarding the Redemption of all Israel (12 Tribes Re-conciled and Re-United). This super Event of all Times will entail Establishing the Shomron (the Ancient Bible Heartland of the Patriarchs) and the Judean Wilderness as part of the Land of Israel, and preparing the “Land” for the Return of the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel and then the Redemption of All Israel.
