The scorching weather in the State of Texas is now setting its own historic records. The record-breaking ten months of drought from October 2010 to July 2011 have been the driest for that period of time since 1895, when the state began keeping rainfall records. The real extent of this drought came to its fullest reality in April, 2011 as “Texas Wildfires continue to Rage amidst Historic Drought Conditions.” When the spring rains should have been saturating the entire state, instead Texas quickly catapulted into historic border-to-border wildfires that were setting state and national records.
By the end of April, with still 17 major fires still burning covering 573,000 acres, the Texas Forest Service estimated since January 2011, over 840 fires had consumed 1.5 million acres of land. That eclipsed the 2010 record of 293,000 acres burnt across Texas in the entire year of 2010 and was approaching the 3.4 million acres that burnt across American last year.
U.S. Drought Monitor – June 21, 2011
It is hard to evaluate historical records. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Regional Climate Service along with the U.S. Drought Monitor have been documenting weather related news for over a decade. Now, for the first time in its history the entire State of Texas, from the rain forests of East Texas to the arid deserts in the west, have been covered in a massive drought.
The Forest Service’s Quadrennial Fire Review suggested in its 2009 report that the decade from 2010-2020 would see upwards to 12 million acres lost per year in the United States to fires alone. This not only challenges official climate change projections, but also suggests that the major tectonic changes may be putting different parts of the world into different climatic zones.
With the North Pole moving away from Canada and heading to Siberia there is now new evidence that the Himalayas Mountains that many climate researchers thought would soon lose all their summer ice and glaciers, is now showing rapid increase in glacier formation in certain regions. Are we seeing the emerging of the New North Pole somewhere between Siberia and the Himalayas if and when this Planet Earth experiences its next pole shift?
If so, then a straight North Pole shift across from the Arctic Circle towards Siberia and the Himalayas will swing North America southwards towards the equator. Texas may end up being located in the latitude of the desert climates now seen in Central and Northern Mexico. So is it not reasonable that what Texas may be experiencing is a transition to a new latitude and climate change in the near future?
Probably the worst year on record was the year of 2006, when 9.8 million acres were burnt across America. If the fire rates continue, the fires in 252 of the entire 254 counties in Texas appear to put the entire state at high risk. This drought is now being hinted by the National Weather Service as continuing into the spring of 2012 and beyond to the era of the “End of the Mayan World Age”, on December 21, 2012 even into the Spring of 2013.
If these predictions by the National Weather Service prove to be true, this may catapult the 2006 record of 2.2 million acres burnt by April 2006 which is now eclipsed by the new Texas firestorm records in June 2011 to over 2.3 million acres of fire damages in the state. With the drying continuing in the central and western sectors of the state, we could possibly see even more records beaten.
Texas Ranchers are not just culling their herds but are beginning to sell off their entire herds. Early in the season the Ranchers had already sold their young calves even before they reached the prime age of growth for sale. Now they are selling the major breeding age cows. Once the herd is virtually sold off, it may take years in order to rebuild if the ranches and farms don’t go bankrupt first.
The Tale of Texas in early August 2011
The shrinking of Texas’ cattle herds began in 1996, when Texas had 5.9 million cows. The drought of that year along with plummeting prices of beef because of record sale of cattle at auction, were now restored because of a progressive recession from 2006 to 2008 when the TARP vote by the United States Congress triggered the epic drop of the New York Stock Exchange on Rosh Hashanah 2008, by the noted number of 777 points; the “Number of G-d”. By the spring of 2011, the cattle herd size was down to 5 million cattle.
Now coming off its driest nine-month period ever and it hottest June on record, most of the State of Texas was within the top two categories of the worst drought stages; Extreme or Exceptional Drought. The U.S. Department of Agriculture rated 94 percent of Texas’ pasture and range land as either poor or very poor, a record since 1995 when tracking drought records began. In simple terms, the rating suggested; there is no food for grazing livestock. Texas’ sister state to the north, Oklahoma was experiencing its driest years since the Depression years in the 1930s.
So the statistics are telling the tale. Many of the state’s cows are being transported by sale to regions that still have pasture, but most are going to slaughter. Culling cattle has always been a part of the cattle industry. The ranchers sell the older and infertile cows, while the young plump calves are sent to the feedlots in order to increase the profitability of the herd. Today, the young calves are sold early for there is no feed to give them, except purchased at record prices. The borderline cows of reproductive age are also sold off. The “factory” of the cattle industry is the cows in their prime calf-bearing years. Today, every cow sold means a calf will not be born next year.
The story was best told by Bob Edington, owner of the Coleman Livestock Auction that is located over 150 miles southwest of Fort Worth. He has noted that the local ranchers were selling their calves early in the year, the ones they would normally sell in the fall. Yet, statistics tell the starker picture. By July 20, nearly 4,700 head of cattle had been sold through his auction. This was a 400% increase from the year prior when about 1,200 head of cattle were sold at auction.
August 22, 2011 on WeatherBug: “A Tale of Woe”
Though these are severely dry conditions, this drought is still not the worst in Texas history. During the first part of the decade of the years of 1950-1956, there was recorded the longest driest spell in the lack of rainfall ever recorded. The deadly heat that had been plaguing Texas and much of the southern part of America was caused by a persistent ridge of high pressure centered over the Southern Plains.
By early August, the U.S. Drought Monitor identified extreme drought in about 91.7 percent of the State of Texas with 100 percent of the State experiencing some stage of drought. One small region of reprieve has almost always been the Gulf Coast near the state’s largest city, Houston. Here the Gulf breezes and moist air has produced a virtual rain forest sustained by an average of 48 plus inches of rain per year. The question, are those days of rain over?
The forest in this region has been affected heavily as it appears that the finger of G-d’s judgment is leaving its impact upon this region. In the eleven months between the months of October 2010 to September, 2011 in the Houston region have been the driest months on record.
On one day in May, when spring weather should be bathing the region, the city of Houston registered a record temperature of 105, the highest temperature ever on record in Houston and ever recorded in the nation at this time of year. During the month of May, the region was already 23 inches less rain than the average for this time of the year.
In a region where the forests are sustained with between 40 to 60 inches of rain a year, the sixty to eighty foot pine trees began to tell the stress in early spring as the die-out rate of the trees in the forests was nearing 10% of the total tree cover. By August, large sectors of the forests were experiencing a die-out as highly stressed pine and oak trees neared 50% of the forest.
U.S. Seasonal Drought Outlook: August to December 2011
In May, forest fires began in two different regions north of Houston; a phenomenon not experienced in over thirty years, where large swathes of forests were aflame north of the Houston area in 1980 and spreading down into the northern suburbia of Houston. Thirty one years later, in 2011, one of the directors of the Texas State fire management team for the entire State of Texas stated that the State was experiencing weather and fire conditions in April not seen until July and August.
With the conditions of the world in a political and economic freefall, are we willing to consider that the “Finger of the Divine” is calling the “Bible Belt” of America to its day of judgment? This couples with the records number of 1,692 tornadoes (1,175 confirmed) that swept the Southwestern regions of the United States in April and May, 2011. What was even more disturbing was the fact that an estimated 550 people in the United States died during those tornados, 14 less than the 564 American deaths for the prior 10 years, 2001-2011, combined. This made 2011 the deadliest year for tornadoes during the Depression Era of 1936.
The intensity of the tornadoes was also epic, for there were recorded six EF5 tornadoes with 324 tornadic deaths that occurred in the rash of tornadoes during April 27 and later 158 tornadic deaths during the 2011 Joplin Tornado, that virtually wipe the entire city off the map.
Lest we forget, earlier in March and April, large sectors of the Southeast along the Mississippi River were also destroyed by epic floods, as large regions of Mississippi were destroyed by the decision of the U.S. Corp of Engineers to flood major crop lands in Mississippi in order to spare the larger populated regions of Baton Rouge and New Orleans further to the south.
As local Texans have watched this phenomenon, in their minds the State of Texas has been has been devastated. The crops have been virtually destroyed. The livestock industry is in a freefall as the cattle are being sold on the auction for there is nothing to feed them.
Yet, the weather changes have also affected large sections of America. The finger of destruction upon the Land of America by the G-d of Israel is in full force. What was happening in the south soon moved north as a blast of heat spread across Central United States and spread east as historic heat hit Washington DC with a 115-118 degree heat index.
It is time to watch carefully. Those Lost Tribers of the House of Israel, with “eyes that can see and ears that can hear”, must pay attention to the divine intent given by the pens of the ancient Prophets of the Hebrews.
Revelation 6:7-8 – “When He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the Fourth Living Creature saying, “Come and see”. So I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death and by the beast of the earth.”
Then there was the Prophet Yahshua who outlined the “End of Days” while sitting on the Mount of Olives overlooking the Temple of Herod.
Matthew 24:4-14 – “When he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the talmidim (disciples) came to him privately, “Tell us,” they said, “when will these things happen? And what will be the signs that you are coming, and that the ‘olam hazeh’ (real or present world) is ending?”
Yahshua replied: ‘Watch out! Don’t let anyone fool you! For
- Many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Messiah!’ and they will lead many astray.
- You will hear the noise of wars nearby and the news of wars far off; see to it that you don’t become frightened. Such things must happen, but the end is yet to come.
- For peoples will fight each other,
- Nations will fight each other, and
- There will be famines and earthquakes in various part of the world; all this is but the beginning of the ‘birth-pains.’ At that time
- You will be arrested and handed over to be punished and put to death, and
- All peoples will hate you because of me. At that time
- Many will be trapped into betraying and hating each other,
- Many false prophets will appear and fool many people; and
- Many people’s love will grow cold because of increased distance from Torah. But
- Whoever holds out till the end will be delivered. And
- This Good News about the ‘Kingdom’ will be announced throughout the whole world as a witness to all the Goyim (Gentiles). It is then that the end will be.”
For all the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel, the ministry of the 1st century Messiah in Galilee and Judea was for you. He came to find you, “The Lost Lamb”. Now it is time for you to respond. The context of the “End of Time” must be put back into the context of the Jewish ‘Kingdom of G-d on Earth’. The days of reclamation, redemption, and restoration of the Lost Tribes of Israel is assured for they truly have their own prophecy. (Ezekiel 36) The day of their restoration back into fellowship with the Jews of the House of Judah is assured (Ezekiel 37). This will all happen before the final “Conflict of the Ages” at Armageddon or the final battle of GogUMagog War (Gog Magog War). (Ezekiel 38-39)
In a linear sequence, we are almost halfway through this prophecy by Rabbi Yahshua Ha Notzri (Jesus the Nazarene). This prophetic passage by the Prophet Yahshua is for the Lost Tribes of Israel, not for the Observant Jews. We are the ones lost, not they. Truly this has been a decade of people and nations fighting each other, so much that the largest and most powerful nation in the world has gone bankrupt funding wars that never end.
The days of famine, 100% inflation, earthquakes and tectonic plate shifts all around the world are just beginning, but as the Prophet Yahshua spoke, the “labor pains of delivering” the baby of redemption and restoration of Yisra’el (Israel) has only begun. We are seeing those who believe in the Jewish Messiah killed, and imprisoned all over the world. Even in America and Europe, they have been identified increasingly as “radical fundamentalists” and “rightists”. The war of demagoguery has only begun, for the world be begin to hate those who love the Jewish Yahshua, not Christian Orthodoxy “Jesus Christ”.
So even in the Bible Belt regions of America, anything that appears to be identified with Judaism, and the halakhic understanding of the Torah, will be identified and treated with all the venomous anti-Semitism pointed at the Jewish people. The final separation between the Sheep and the Goats, the Wheat and the Tares, will become over the identification of the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel with Torah, and Judaism.
Even within your own church communities, people will begin to hate and betray you, just about the same time as false prophets and false messiahs will arise and tear up religious communities supportive of each other. They will gossip and tear up your reputation, called in the Torah as “Lashon Hara” or the evil and wicked tongue of gossip, deceit and slandering the reputation of others.
The most telling ‘sign’ will be to observe those who will begin to distance themselves from the Torah (Revelations of Torah Law from Mount Sinai to the Children of Israel), and the keeping of the “Ten Commands” given by G-d on Mount Sinai, that identifies the G-d of Israel as the G-d of Creation. These are those who worship on the Jewish Shabbat, or the Seventh-day Sabbath worship as one in fellowship and identity with the Jewish people rather than ones who seek to usurp or replace the covenanted relationship of the Jews with the G-d of Israel in what is called “Replacement Theology.”
If you are a follower of Jesus (Yahshua), then it is time to identify him for who he truly was; a Jewish rabbi, who lived his life above and beyond the letter of Torah law. Then to you as his disciples, he says, “Follow Me!” It time to re-identify your life back in oneness with the Jewish people, their home which nearby in Shomron (Samaria) may someday be your home.
Are we seeing the “Signs of the Times” as Texas and the Southern Bible Belt Regions of America are torched and destroyed? Yes, so open your “eyes that can see” to the new life waiting for you!
The prophecies are clear that the G-d of Israel will fulfill what He has promised to fulfill so that peace can restored to all the earth. Part of that prophecy is the restoration of All Israel. This is not a conditional prophesy and neither is it a Jewish prophesy, but we will be restored back into brotherhood and fellowship with our cousins, the Jews of the House of Judah (Ezekiel 27)
This Biblical portrayal includes Prophecies that the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel are about to return to the Land of their Biblical Inheritance. This is Divine Destiny in living reality as the 10 Lost Tribes of Israel return to their Homelands first in Shomron (Samaria), Israel. Here is a joint Orthodox Jewish and 10-Triber Mission to bring awareness of the imminent fulfillment of the Biblical Prophecies regarding the Redemption of all Israel (12 Tribes Re-conciled and Re-United). This super Event of all Times will entail Establishing the Shomron (the Ancient Bible Heartland of the Patriarchs) and the Judean Wilderness as part of the Land of Israel, and preparing the “Land” for the Return of the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel and then the Redemption of All Israel.
