On July 6, 2011, the President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has taken on the mantle of a prophet proclaiming that the waves of unrest sweeping the Middle East will spread to Europe and America. According to his proclamations, this unrest will bring to the end the globalists governments of America and the European Union whom he stated “puts and end to oppression, occupation, and humiliation of people.” As he stated;
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad – “The world is on the verge of big developments. Changes will be forthcoming and will engulf the whole world from Asia to Africa and from Europe to North America.”
He is an ardent believer of the Shi’ite Muslim’s vision that the 9th century 12th Islamic Imam would return and reveal himself as the “Hidden Imam” and guide the Islamic people before the Day of Judgment. This will be in the Muslim’s bid to “end imperialist tyranny” and “promote justice for all people around the world” under an Islamic Caliphate.
At the same time, his speech deflected the global news of Iran violently suppressing an “Arab Spring Revolution” in Iran by dispersing the thousands of protestors with violence, while at the same time the Ayatollahs in power in Iran have been taking credit for the Muslim Cultural and Political Revolutions in many Arab countries to day, by claiming that they were patterning their cultural revolutions after the Iranian 1979 Islamic Revolution as they ousted the Western back dictator, the Shah of Iran. As BibleSearchers Reflections wrote:
BibleSeachers Reflections – “In as much as the Imams were to have been “chosen” by Allah, their God, through Mohammed their Prophet, the succession of the Islamic leadership to the Shi’ite, each Imam were to designate his successor who in succession would have the same temporal and spiritual powers. In their succession to the time of the end, there would be only twelve Imams. This succession is noted as follows:
The Twelve Shi’ite Imams recognized by the Shi’a Twelvers
-
Ali ibn Abu Talib (600-661), also known as Ali Amir al Mo’mineen
- Hasan ibn Ali (625-669), also known as Hasan al Mujtaba
- Husayn ibn Ali (626-680), also known as Husayn al Shaheed
- Ali ibn Husayn (658-713), also known as Zainul Abideen
- Muhammad ibn Ali (676-743), also known as Muhammad al Baqir
- Jafar ibn Muhammad (703-765), also known as Jafar as Sadia
- Musa ibn Jafar (745-799), also known as Musa al Kazim
- Ali ibn Musa (765-818), also known as Ali ar Ridha
- Muhammad ibn Ali (810-835), also known as Muhammad al Jawad or Muhammad at Taqi
- Ali ibn Muhammad (827-868), also known as Ali al-Hadi
- Hasan ibn Ali (846-874), also known as Hasan al Askari
- Muhammad ibn Hasan (868–?), also known as Muhammad al Mahdi
The polarity of beliefs between the Shi’ite and the Sunni Moslem is centered not on fundamental differences of doctrine but on the type of succession of each of the Imans. It is also centered on what is expected of an Imam in terms of rigorous righteousness of his life. The Shi’as does not accept the Islamic rule of the first three Sunni Caliphs that arose after the death of Mohammad as they were not part of the family of Mohammad. At the same time, the Sunnis do not accept the concept of the elevated stature of the Imamate of the Shi’a Imams.
The Shi’a believed that the family of Muhammad was the best repository of the knowledge about the Quran, the successor to them should come from the family lineage of the Prophet. They were to be responsible for the preserving fundamentals of Islam, who were to be the most qualified to be teachers of Islam (Emulation) and who would become the most trusted guardians of the traditions of Muhammad especially of the Hadiths, the reputed sayings of the Prophet.
As the Iranian president seeks to take the high road in international politics, he is clearly reframing his vision, and what he appears to believe is the vision of the Islamic “Hidden Mahdi” or the first of two messiahs of the Islamic faith. Ahmadinejad is also an adherent of the messianic Shi’ite sect, led by the cleric Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, who is also his religious mentor and source of religious authority (marja-e taqlid). Recently Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi accused the Iranian reform movement protestors as the “corrupt of the earth” whose action of protest against the Iranian government carry the death penalty under Iranian law.
The Jamkaran Shi’ite messianic sect is believed to have infiltrated all sectors of the Iranian government. Their goals are to hasten the coming of the Islamic Messiah called the Mahdi by creating chaos in the world around them. According to the Islamic traditions, the Vanishing Imam called the Mahdi was residing at the Jamkaran Mosque about 6 km east of the city of Qom. It was here that Muhammad ibn Hasan declared was a holy site, that a mosque must be established there and then he vanished promising to return to the same site. This fact is testified by Qom being a large pilgrimage site for Shi’ite Muslims today. So BibleSearchers Reflections asked, “How will the future Islamic Mahdi be identified in that future day? As written in a subtitled article, “The Mystery of the Arrival of the Islamic Messiah, the Mahdi”, we read;
BibleSearchers Reflections - “How will the Islamic Mahdi be identified? The clues about the identity of “The Mahdi” will be several. His age will be forty years old, his face will shine like a “son of the Divine”, in a manner like the medieval artists surrounded the head and face of Jesus Christ. There will be a “mark of identity”, for he will have a black mole or birthmark on his right cheek. More important, he will be wearing not one, but two “Qutwaani” Pashtun cloaks with fringes in conformity with the command of the Torah to wear a tallis, or the fringe of a cloak called the “tzit-tzit”.
Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) was asked who would be the Imam of the Muslims at that time. Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said - ”That person would be from my family, his age would be 40 years, his face would be bright as a star and a black spot would be on his right cheek. He would be wearing two Qutwani Cloaks. He will appear exactly as a person from Bani Israel. He will rule for 20 years and will conquer the cities of the Mushrikeen (Idolaters) (Kanz-ul-Aamal, pg 268, Hadith No 3868)”
It was Destination Yisra’el who identified the story that President Ahmadinejad is believed to be of Jewish bloodlines, while the Islamic Madhi, according to the Hadiths of Muhammad will arise on the world stage as part of the Pashtun Bani-Israel in Afghanistan of the bloodlines of the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel. Yet, of recent, the Iranian president has also chosen to take the mantra of the future success of ending Western colonialism, trans-nationalism, and imperialism by the Middle Eastern countries soon to be under the Sharia rule of a Caliphate of Islam.
As the nationalistic borders begin to crumble around the world, and the institutional walls of churches, mosques, and basilicas lose their mantle of power over the masses of people, there is beginning to emerge a dialogue on who serves the G-d of Israel the Author of true justice and mercy? Is Ahmadinejad truly one who serves the G-d of Israel and wants to produce a world of freedom and justice, or is he a “sleeper” like possibly Obama in America who may yet take on a messianic role of an anti-Messiah or theforerunner of the Antichrist?
