The Bank of Palestine Building in Ramallah
Daniel 9:25-26 – “Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the command to restore and build Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince, there shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublesome times.
And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself; and the people of the prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end of it shall be with a flood, and till the end of the war desolation are determined."
It was reported on December 27, 2011 on DEBKAfile, Israeli Intelligence Network, that the American State Department and the White House are taking a dramatic new direction in trying to change the geo-political future of the Israelis and the Palestinians. This is not reported directly from the White House but in the pensive doom and gloom statements that are coming out of the Palestinian capital, Ramallah.
This town was the ancient world headquarters of the Prince of David, Joseph of Arimathea, the Judean Counselor to Pontius Pilate, and the Roman Provincial Council, an Elder to the Great Sanhedrin of Jerusalem, who sat on the hereditary seat of King David, a Metal Merchant as a Roman Decurion with the Caesar of Rome, and the great uncle to the Prince of David, and Jesus the Nazarene, whom a large segment of the Jewish population believed was the long awaited Messiah of Israel.

The Palestinians are not Jewish nor from the Lost Tribes of Israel, neither are they believers in Yahshua as the Jewish Messiah, for those Christian Palestinians that are left in the land, mostly driven out by Hamas and the Islamic, are believers in the Roman Christian Jesus Christ, a non-historical corruption of Rabbi Yahshua HaNotzri.
So as delusions are believed on the religious level, so also there are delusions believed on the geo-political level. Both the Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Salam Fayyad are reported to be “sunk in gloom” in their perception that the US President Barak Obama has gone back on his promises to them and is now repudiating their claim to 100% of the region of Shomron and Judea as it existed along the military Green Armistice Line at the end of the war of 1967.
In their illusions, they see that Obama is now becoming less sympathetic to their intractable demands for full autonomy of the entire region, which they have no ancient or ancestral claims to the land to begin with. Neither have they, nor their nemesis, the Hamas, nor have they shown that they can govern a peoples without an oppressive totalitarian state, and not use the Islamic Sharia Law to the severest manifestation of justice, and death without representation for justice.

Without giving any track record of being able to manage a productive economy while siphoning billions from Europe and America, what the Palestinian dignitaries traversing Washington and the Middle East are complaining is that the American government’s largess is shutting down, it is they who must “bite the bullet” and be reconciled to a “partial or interim accords”. According to DEBKAfiles report, the four promises that the American State Department are now repudiating are:
- They decline to endorse the Bush White House pledge to have the borders of the Palestinian State "very close to the 1967 boundaries" as prior endorsed by Bush’s Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in 2007. It is now time for the Palestinians to bring something to the table of negotiation, and moderate their demands to Israel. That point alone produces an intractable situation, like a two year old child in tantrum, they do not comprehend how to negotiate.
- They also complain that Washington is “reneging” on the 2009-2010 promises given to them by the former National Security Adviser at the White House, General Jim Jones, that American military forces, with or without NATO, will be posted on the anticipated borders of Palestine and Israel and Jordan plus other strategic areas within their state. They want to be “fed”, they want to be “guarded” and they want the privilege to drive every Israeli out of their Palestinian state land, protected by American and European forces. If that occurs, by that time neither American nor Europe will be democratic political entities promoted open borders, free trade routes, freedom to worship, and protecting peoples, citizens or non-citizens alike with “freedom with justice for all. This fact was highlighted by a December 15, conference with US Middle East envoy George Mitchell who did proclaim that the United States was appraising the mounting regional challenges and dangers is now proclaiming; the Israeli military forces will also have to be part of the international peacekeepers and the IDF will continue to have a presence within the Palestinian State. The Palestinian Manifesto declared by the Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas in Bethlehem on Christmas, December 25, 2010; “There will be no Israeli presence in the Palestinian state" can best be understood by the recent diplomatic changes that have now been dictated to the Palestinians who want as a homeland are being negotiated on the land that is the future divine inheritance of the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel.
- The Washington negotiators are also putting brakes on the international lobbying of the Palestinian Authority to quit lobbying then rest of the South American nations to join with Uruguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil and Paraguay in declaring their acceptance of a unilateral Palestinian State. They are also being told, that all diplomatic efforts to submit a unilateral resolution to the UN Security Council for the accepted of a Palestinian State be ceased as it would not be passed and if it were, it would be vetoed by the United States.
- Lastly , the Palestinian diplomats accuse the US government of caving in to the Israeli State in allowing a continuation of construction within the region of Shomron and Judea, where building projects are continuing unheeded at a very rapid pace.
The Palestinian cause is not only being challenged by the American White House, for recently the Saudi diplomats have voiced significant criticism for the “inept” peace diplomacy by the Abbas-Fayyad government. They have advised them that an “interim government” and an “interim peace” is the only realistic path of their future. Even Moscow appears to be coming on board the international chorus that is yanking the Palestinian infantile diplomatic tactics, that state, “have the adults give us everything we demand” into a new reality; peace will not be given without compromise, and that the compromise has to be with the Israeli government, a fact, spelled out by Mikhail Margelov, senior Russian lawmaker, close associate and emissary of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who held close door conferences with Israeli political and military officials in Tel Aviv during the last week of 2010.

While the Palestinian political leaders were walking across the diplomatic quick-sand, the greatest reality was that their Palestinian State and the Abbas-Fayyad government is history without the $3 billion if the flow of money were to be halted from America were to be delayed, or interrupted for even a month or two. The “house of cards” built upon “shifting sand” carries with it no political legitimacy, historical legitimacy, nor political legitimacy. Their country is the Palestinian Nation of Jordan, but they do not love the king and the king has no love for them.
Is it any wonder that a confident Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu spoke on Tuesday, December 28 on Israel’s Channel 10 television that if the Palestinian government had a true and serious interest for peace at the negotiating table, he as the prime minister was prepared to “go all the way”. Bring to the table the obstacles of Jerusalem and the right of return for the 1948 Palestinian refugees, only an “interim peace accord” would be acceptable.
The diplomatic ball began to speed up. On December 29, the American State Department rejected the Palestinian’s move for the United Nations to accept a unilateral Palestinian State with the following words, “the final status issue can only be addressed in direct negotiations." The new “puff” of the diplomatic wind had just been blown, and soon the diplomatic cables and phone lines were discretely plotting the next stratagem. First it was France’s President the Jewish Shabbatean descent, Nicolas Sarkozy, then the purported child of Hitler by artificial insemination to Eva Braun’s, Hitler’s mistress’s twin sister, German Chancellor Angela Markel and finally to British Prime Minister David Cameron seeking an alliance for a new diplomatic thrust for Middle East Peace. On the sidelines, Moscow appears to give its assent in a more cozy relationship with America’s diplomatic mission.
Ramallah, the ancient Jewish town of Arimathea, where the headquarters of the Palestinian interim government is located, quickly sent their Senior Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat with the message that an interim peace agreement may be possible. He also denied the story of a Palestinian diplomatic mission to the United Nations to endorse a UN resolution that would unilaterally recognize a Palestinian State with the 1967 armistice green line should become the borders of a new Palestinian State, He also a denied that Abbas would open the borders of a new Palestinian State to the “right of refugee return” of everyone who did live in the Land of Palestine between 1948 to 1967. Not to be sidelined, Erekat continued to insist that the Palestinian government will continue its harassment of the Israeli government to cease all construction in the Israeli settlements of Shomron and Judea and also in Eastern Jerusalem.
Without American diplomatic assent, where would the Palestinian people’s aspiration for a political state be; nowhere? Neither Europe nor Russia appears capable nor desiring of stepping into the political morass. Soon America’s “Messiah the Prince” will get impatient and the hopes for a Palestinian State will be history, except for one thing, the prophets of Israel have weighed the divine intent of their day and proclaimed that the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel will return home. That home in part includes the regions of Shomron (Samaria) today and the Messiah they thought would bring redemption will turn out to be the Negative Messiah.
Daniel 9:27 – “Then he (Messiah the Prince “Maschiah Nagib”) shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; but in the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering and on the wing of abomination shall be one who make desolate, even until the consummation, which is determined, is poured out on the desolate.”
