ARkstorm’s Atmospheric Window in a California Catastrophic Flood
A new “Act of G-d” was set to threaten California and the Pacific Northwest in mid January, 2010, according to NOAA and reported on Mitch Battros, Earth Change Media.
Here according to scientists, a super-storm is being formed that like a mighty “atmospheric window” was moving a large funnel of water at the rate of 50 Mississippi Rivers discharging its water into the Gulf of Mexico. It could potentially devastate theSouthwestern Coast of the United States.
U-Tube on Arkstorm Scenarios on “Massive Storms”
Such a storm works like a mighty hose flowing Pacific Ocean moisture into the State of California and threatening to make it into a “historic storm” of biblical proportions. The storm scenario that was release by the U.S. Geological Survey on the week of January 15, 2010 estimated that such a storm potentially could set record flood damage to over a fourth of the commercial and private property in the state.
Called the “ARkStorm” by a team of 117 scientists including emergency planners, insurance experts, lifeline operators, engineers working over two years, now they are prepared to analyze such a storm and assist in emergency planning. According to their models derived from analyzing the impact of two mega-storms that hit the state in 1969 and 1986, such a storm could bring continuous rain upon the state for “forty days, and forty nights” and deluge the state with 10 feet of water.
The state’s flood protection systems and emergency planning could potentially be overwhelmed as massive flooding in the state’s major population centers associated that would be associate with hundred of mudslides especially those along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway. According to statements by Lucy Jones, chief scientist of the USGS Multi-Hazards Demonstration Project, at a recent symposium of researchers at the University of California at Davis:
Lucy Jones – “We create these scenarios to understand what are the implications of the types of very rare events that science tells us has to happen in our future."
According to Jones, such a “Superstorm” occured in the historical past more frequently than a large earthquake hitting the San Andreas Fault.
According to the “ARkStorm” project, they are prepared to project the first state-wide map that would demonstrate areas that are susceptible to landslide, set up models to analyze the storms impact upon the state and coastal regions, and to estimate by scale and categorize the intensity of any such atmospheric rivers like the recent powerful storm that hit California in late December, 2010 that moved water at 20 times the rate of water being discharged by the Mississippi River into the Gulf of Mexico.
According to Mark Jackson, the meteorologist-in-charge of the National Weather Service in Oxnard, California, they are watching the amount and intensity of the moisture flowing through such an atmospheric river and estimating its intensity that risks dumping up to 16 inches of rain in three days has historically seen in recent years, leaving a path of destruction no different than a hurricane landing in the Gulf Coast region of the United States.
The Pacific Ocean breeding an Atmospheric River into Southern California
According to the official report concerning the “ARkStorm Project”, by “The U.S. Geological Survey, Multi Hazards Demonstration Project (MHDP)”, they used the expertise of the hazard scientists seeking to improve and help communities become resilient as California faces natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, wildfires, landslides, floods and coastal erosion:
ARkStorm Project – “They created a winter storm scenario called ARkStorm (for Atmospheric River 1,000). Experts have designed a large, scientifically realistic meteorological event followed by an examination of the secondary hazards (for example, landslides and flooding), physical damages to the built environment, and social and economic consequences.
The hypothetical storm depicted here would strike the U.S. West Coast and be similar to the intense California winter storms of 1861 and 1862 that left the central valley of California impassible. The storm is estimated to produce precipitation that in many places exceeds levels only experienced on average once every 500 to 1,000 years.”
Case statistics showed interesting and alarming results in the scientific analysis. They include:
- California’s state’s flood-protection system is typically designed to resist 100- to 200-year runoffs, not 1000-year runoffs.
- The floods in the Central Valley of California would extend 300 miles long and 20 or more miles wide.
- Serious flooding would also occur in Orange County, Los Angeles County, San Diego, and the San Francisco Bay area.
- Wind speeds in some places would reach hurricane-force winds up to 125 miles per hour.
- Hundreds of landslides damage roads, highways, and homes.
- Property damage would exceed $300 billion, most from flooding.
- Demand surge (an increase in labor rates and other repair costs after major natural disasters) could increase property losses by 20 percent.
- Agricultural losses and other costs to repair lifelines, water (drain) flooded islands, and repair damage from landslides, would bring the total direct property loss to nearly $400 billion, of which $20 to $30 billion would be recoverable through public and commercial insurance.
- Power, water, sewer, and other lifelines experience damage that takes weeks or months to restore.
- Flooding evacuation could involve 1.5 million residents in the inland region and delta counties.
- Business interruption costs would reach $325 billion in addition to the $400 property repair costs, meaning:
- An ARkStorm could cost on the order of $725 billion.
According to Mitch Battros with Earth Changes Media, “Atmospheric Rivers” are created by jet-stream winds that directly affect the Pacific Ocean currents. With a high concentration of moisture, these “atmospheric rivers” strike land with subsequent catastrophic damage to life and property. The driving forces behind such oceanic events include “charged particles” such as solar flares, CME’s, Coronal Holes on the Sun, Gamma Ray Bursts, and Galactic Cosmic Storms. Such events could be put into a simpler equation.
Sunspots => Solar Flares (charged particles) => Magnetic Field Shift => Shifting Ocean and Jet Stream Currents => Extreme Weather and Human Disruption
As depicted in this picture of the Sun, we notice that a large coronal hole has opened up in two large regions of the Sun. Out of them extreme volumes of super-charged particles will be ejected as “Solar Winds” that will then flow out and potentially blast the Earth’s magnetic field surrounding our planet. It will subsequently have direct effect upon the oceanic and atmospheric jet stream currents on our planet.
The question, have we prepared ourselves physically and spiritually to “walk through the valley of the shadow of death”. Unknown to such governmental scientific projects, these catastrophic events will truly be an “Act of G-d” that has a divine purpose.
For Lost Tribers of the House of Israel, we live in expectation of the coming of the Messiah, but the prophetic countdown to that epic event in earth’s history will be that we, the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel, will return back willingly to reunite with our cousins, the Jews of the House of Judah. If we are unwilling to be reunited with the Orthodox Jews who are giving their lives to protect and preserve our tribal homelands in Shomron (Samaria) and Judea for our future redemption and restoration, will the Messiah open the doors for us into His kingdom on earth?
