On July 6, 2010, the Queen of England, HRH Queen Elizabeth II entered the United Nations in New York City and for the first time in 53 years addressed the world international community organization. According to the British mission to the United Nations, the purpose of this trip “Will be taking a global perspective. She will touch on progress made since she was last here and challenges that remain.” Her last visit in 1957, at the age of 31 years of age during the post-war era after the Second World War, the international community has profoundly changed, but has the Queen’s image of her role in the world changed?
This question was asked by international author, Joan Veon, in an insightful article titled, “Queen gives Marching Orders to the United Nations”. As author and lecturer Joan Veon wrote:
Joan Veon – “For a woman who says she is not head of any country—only titular head of state of 16 countries including Australia, Canada and New Zealand and the nominal representative of 54 governments in the British Commonwealth, who is fooling who? Why should the people of the world listen to a little old lady from Britain? The answer is because her hereditary demands it
The visit by the queen, which was billed as low key—a five hour visit—was designed to get the global agenda of sustainable development and climate control back on track and to make a statement. Nothing the queen does is low key as every visit, and every word has a meaning and a goal for total control.
First let’s take a look at the queen herself. According to Who Owns the World by Kevin Cahill, the queen is the legal owner of 6,600 million acres of land that equals one sixth of the earth’s non-ocean surface. She is the only person on earth who owns whole countries and who owns countries that are not her own domestic territory. This land ownership is separate from her role as head of state and is different from other monarchies—like Norway, Belgium, and Denmark, where no such claim is made. The value of her holdings is approximately $33T, more than the estimated value of all of the earth’s natural resources which is estimated to be $25T.
Secondly, the physical structure of the United Nations and its agenda represents the completion of the dream and aspirations of British aristocrat Cecil Rhodes to return the United States and the rest of the world back under British rule. He felt that ‘too little of the globe was British territory…and if we had retained America…there would be millions more of English living.’”
During the height of the British Empire, it was Cecil Rhodes in 1877 who stated that the prime purpose of the British Empire was to bring to fruition through the British Round Table and the British Commonwealth of Nations;
Cecil Rhodes – “The ultimate recovery of the United States of America as an integral part of the British Empire, the consolidation of the whole Empire, the inauguration of a system of colonial Representation in the Imperial Parliament which may tend to weld together the disjointed Members of the Empire,” which may well ultimately be achieved, by the Roundtable which “publicized the idea of and the name ‘British Commonwealth of Nations.’”
How this British Commonwealth of Nations came into being was the challenge of the executors of Cecil Rhodes six separate wills that were made to create the institution of this global body. It would be the blueprint or the final manifestation of the British’s dream of a One World Order.
From a biblical and prophetic viewpoint, here were the globalist’s dreams of the descendants of the ancient Viser of Egypt, Joseph the son of the Patriarch Jacob, for when they were prepared to receive the blessings of the birthright from their grandfather, Israel, he crossed over his arms, and placed his right hand on the head of the younger, Ephraim, today whose descendants founded the British Empire, and his left hand was placed on the eldest, Manasseh with these prophetic words;
Genesis 48:19 – “He (Manasseh as the United States of America) also shall become a people, and he also shall be great; but truly his younger brother (Ephraim as Great Britain) shall be greater that he, and his descendants shall become a multitude of nations.”
The Hebrew tribe of the Anglo-Saxons who conquered the land of the Cymrics of the earlier Simeon and Danite explorers, would eventually create a world empire upon which it was stated, “The sun never set”. According to Dr. Carroll Quigley when he wrote in 1981 about the Anglo-American Establishment, it was his conclusion that the purpose of the royalty of Britain was to “transform the British Empire into a Commonwealth of Nations and then place that system within a League of Nations” that would eventually be inherited by its future transformation as the United Nations. As Joan Veon ruefully stated, “In other words, we are there. The representative to the United Nations should have greeted her, “Hail Caesar!”
At the height of World War II until 1989, the British Empire began the process of giving “independence” to most of their former colonies. It was their first step of independence that to each country they gave a parliament with the governing body of a representative government led by a prime minister. This government would be supervised by a Director-General of the British government who keeps the Queen apprised of every developing issue within each country. When the prime minister yearly gives his report when opening the parliament of each country, his words are followed by the instructions of the Queen by the Director-General of Great Britain to that representative parliament.
When the time came to receive their independence, it was with the Queen’s direction that each one of them also received a vote at the United Nations. So today, at the representative Council of the United Nations, the British Commonwealth has 54 national votes representing the ancient Israelite Tribe of Ephraim while the United States of America, as the Hebrew Tribe of Manasseh, thought the most powerful and greatest nation on this earth at this time, has only one vote. When these representative votes are spread around all the agencies of the United Nations, the British Commonwealth group of nations represented in the World Bank, the IMF, and the World Health Organization plus hundreds other agencies, the power of the British monarch is phenomenal in its influence.
It was the author, Joan Veon, who interview three separate delegations of the British Commonwealth in the year of 2002, and reported the “fear and terror” in their eyes when she challenged each of them to leave the Commonwealth. Today, in 2010, the British Commonwealth represents a hosts of nations totally almost a third of the citizens of the world, two billion people. This is greater than the population of China representing almost 1.4 billion people out of 6.8 billion world population.

The royal rule of the Queen of England over the Commonwealth is immense and profitable. One of her directives discussed was the Millennium Developmental Goals where in the eyes of socialistic leaders, they are enhancing the welfare of the poverty stricken nations in the world, we read of their agenda; reducing poverty and starvation, a primary education to every child in the world, preventative and treatment of the victims of HIV/Aids, and giving to every slum dweller in the world $50 to improve their lot of life, was a cost to the rich nations and rulers estimated by the United Nations to be between $40-$60B a year.
Where would such moneys come from? Every year it has been requested by the United Nations that an assessment on every country’s Gross Domestic Product called the “ODA” would be in essence a “global tax” on every nation of the world to the tune of .07%. Every year this has been a request, but his year it was requested by the “Queen”. Who will receive these moneys no one knows, but ten of the “Highly Indebted Poor Countries” of the world are Commonwealth members; Cameroon, Gambia, Ghana, Malawi, Mozambique, Somalia, Sierra Leon, Uganda, and Zambia. This will be the globalist meaning in our civilized world as “transfer of wealth”.
Then we have Agenda 21, the environmental issues of climate change and sustainable growth and development in a world that is already overpopulated with diminishing resources. These issues of world magnitude first came up in 1927 before the Great Depression in the League of Nations, but did not resurface until the first environmental conference of the United Nations held in 1972 at Stockholm. Yet, the groundwork was laid over ten years before, in 1961, when Prince Philip, the Queen’s husband along with Prince Bernard of Netherlands started the World Wildlife Fund. Fostered by the descendants of the merchant traders of the Israelite Tribe of Zebulon in the Netherlands and the financier Israelite Tribe of Ephraim in Great Britain, the oldest and largest environmental group in the world with their publications began promote the ground swelling movement called environmentalism that fostered global warming in the United Nations as Agenda 21.
As the UN Agenda 21 issues were being launched in 1992, promoting sustainable development growth on this Planet Earth, the Club of Rome twenty years earlier at the 1972 at Rio de Janeiro, was beginning its version of sustainable growth. It published a report, “Limits to Growth” that it was important to force regulations in order to create a population in which life could be sustained but with a much a smaller population then today.
The cardinal principle of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development was: Human beings are…entitled to a healthy and productive life in harmony with nature. Lives not in harmony with nature are lives unworthy of life.
As excerpted from Part III in “Sustainable Medicine + Sustainable Development = Duty to Die” by the late Madeleine Pelner Cosman, Ph.D., we perceive that Agenda 21 will eventually enforce the provisions that “Healthy, fit people burden the carrying power of the earth and are eco-sustainable only with the restrained, intentionally limited technology of Sustainable Medicine. Sick people are not eco-sustainable. Human beings and their expensive, consuming, polluting civilization have a duty to die.”
The earth is at a crisis point. Human mankind with his autonomy and individuality in the western world, needed the resources to live, yet they were being consumed by the poor, the downtrodden, and those with chronic diseases that needed large resources to stay alive. It was the Club of Rome, in the year of 1972 that published their report called, “Limits to Growth” that strongly posited the position that the population of the world was not sustainable and people with the power will obtain great possessions will in the future take the hard task of doing something about it. To enforce such draconian provisions, the people that have the power and money and are called “The Haves” will have to reduce or eliminate the rest of the world, the majority of the populations of the world, to “The Have-Nots”, with poverty and powerless to change their lot in life. The sad facts remain that most of the planetary agendas within environmentalism was being birthed by the Israelite Tribe of Ephraim in England.
Along with Agenda 21, and now with the mandates for “Limits to Growth”, it was the British scientist, James Lovelock, who created the concept of the “Gaia Hypothesis”. It states a new dimension of reality that Planet Earth was a sustainable living organism. Devoid of any divine conceptual ideas that humans were created in the “Image of G-d” or that the role of man was to be a custodian to Planet Earth, we now have a global agenda that Earth is supreme and man must be sacrificed on the altar of globalism and science. Was this to atone for man’s lust for oil and his rapacious desire to possess all the natural resources, including water, on Planet Earth?
Yet, it was the divine role that Adam was created to nurture, protect, and sustain all living plants, animals, fishes, and birds on the planet as part of his guardianship of this planet. Now we have the return of the ancient gods and goddesses of the pagans, with Planet Earth coming into the role of the Earth Goddess, and that all humans are now subservient to Mother Earth, yet Mother Earth must be protected from you and me.
The prince of the living Gaia, is the royal heir to the throne of England, Prince Charles. He was involved with environmentalism since its inception in the 1970s. By the year of 1992, it was the influence of Prince Charles and his Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum that Agenda 21 was approved by 25,000 conference participants and delegates at the 1992 UNCED conference.
As Veon mused with sadness, “You and I cannot protect the earth’s resources so the United Nation’s has to do it moves the $25B value of earth’s natural resources into the balance sheets of…… The cost to implement climate change is estimated to be between $80-$100B a year. British Petroleum which is largely owned by the queen could make up their current oil spill expenses very quickly if the U.S. government is stupid enough to pass “cap and trade.”
Are now the Queen of England with her environmental government consort, British Petroleum, are now the heiress and heir as the King and Queen of Gulf Water pollution, with the massive Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill now taking a toxic turn to apocalyptic oceanic water pollution? As Joan Veon queried several years ago,
Joan Veon - “Does the Queen of Canada” now become the “Queen of America” through the route of the North American Free Trade Agreement? It appears to be so according to her research. Although Cecil Rhodes talked about “world peace”, I believe what the queen is talking about is the WHOLE PIECE.
Yet, according to Veon, Queen Elizabeth is only the inheritor of a global plan to co-opt the resources on our planet by a global elite who over 133 years of planning and strategizing include hundreds and thousands of planners and operatives. As she wrote;
Joan Veon – “These notables include many British and American industrialists and bankers such as the Rockefeller’s, Vanderbilt’s, the Whitney’s, the Morgan’s and Schiff’s. It includes those that are members of the Royal Institute for International Affairs and America’s counterpart: the Council on Foreign Relations, it includes the International Chamber of Commerce, the World Economic Forum, and many other global organizations and NGO’s.
For those who still don’t understand what happened at the United Nations on July 6, 2010 is that the conquering ruler of the world came and delivered a sharp admonition to the representatives that it is time to act. She ended her speech with, ‘In my lifetime, the United Nations has moved from being a high-minded aspiration to being a real for the common good. In tomorrow’s world, we must all work together as hard as ever if we are truly to be United Nations.’
Do you want to be the United Nations or do you want to be the United States of America?”

BUSINESSWOMAN and INDEPENDENT JOURNALIST - Up until September 1994 Joan Veon was just a businesswoman. As a result of attending the United Nations Conference on Population and Development in Cairo, Egypt, she received her "wake up call" as she found there was more going on at the global level than most Americans knew, understood or were being told.
In her determination to understand the global level and what it really means for Americans, Joan has attended over 53 UN and UN-related conferences since Cairo on topics ranging from the social to the economic to the environment, including the World Trade Organization meeting in Seattle.. The level of conference has varied from the UN mega conferences in Cairo, Copenhagen, Istanbul, and Rome to IMF/World Bank meetings, to the (4) Group of Seven (now Eight), (3) Group of Seven Finance Ministers Meetings, (3) Group of Eight Foreign Ministers Meetings, the International Organization for Security Commissions (IOSCO), the Rio Plus Five (follow-up to the Earth Summit), the World Economic Forum in Davos and the Second Summit of the Americas in Chile, (2) Bank for International Settlements, the International Criminal Court in Rome, Al Gore's First Global Conference on Reinventing Government, the Global Disaster Information Network and the 50th Anniversary of NATO. She also covered Mikhail Gorbachev's first State of the World Forum in San Francisco (1995), the UN 50th Anniversary in San Francisco and New York, and the by invitation only Money Matters II Conference in Boston.
Joan has been credentialed through USA Radio and has appeared as a regular guest on the Michael Reagan Show, the Jane Chastaine Show, Radio Liberty, and numerous others across the U.S. She has asked questions of presidents, prime ministers, key United Nations/IMF/World Bank officials, Bank for International Settlements executives, the Bank of England officials, high officials in the Clinton Administration, multinational CEO's, and others in order to understand the global agenda and how it relates to the local level.
In her capacity as a businesswoman for fifteen years, Joan writes a quarterly economic newsletter which has become more global in its analysis in an effort to identify and name key economic players and trends and how they are affecting our pocketbooks…Joan has authored a number of briefing books documenting her research. Her book, Prince Charles the Sustainable Prince is in its third printing and discusses her belief that when the U.S. senate signed the U.N. Charter is when we officially entered world government and also reverted back under British control. She documents this as well as a number of other global issues such as public-private partnerships between the Prince of Wales and the United Nations and World Bank. She shows the real Prince Charles as being a very powerful man to watch!!!!

Madeleine Pelner Cosman Dec. 4, 1937 - March 2, 2006 was a scholar, a policy analyst, an advocate, a prolific author, and a faculty member at City College of New York. "As a medical lawyer, educator and health-care policy guru, she testified before Congress, wrote 15 books and buttressed conservative politicians' arguments against immigration"“She was recruited by all these politicians to present ideas with coherence, logic and dramatic flair,” her daughter said. “But before the political world took notice, the intellectual world was pretty much aware of her. Lecture appointments took Cosman throughout the United States and to Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Israel and Western Europe. She also contributed to think tanks that reflected her philosophy on medical and legal issues, the Cato Institute and Galen Institute.
