BibleSearchers Reflections - “Dr Yokov M. Tabak wrote an interesting review of the powerful sentiments that are sweeping in vast undercurrents in the Land of Israel today. In an article in the Israel National News titled, Exiled by Their Brethren: An Interesting Source, he defines the “blue Israeli partisans” as the Jewish people of the Political Left, who after the Gaza disengagement are reacting with pride and satisfaction. Their satisfaction is that those “Radical Right” who await for the Messiah and see this time as the apocalyptic harbinger of the days of redemption (geula) have been thrown out of their homes and business. The stock market is surging as the materialistic Zionist state of Israel is back in the business of power, greed and control.
Then there are the “orange Orthodox patriots”, who were so sure that their Messiah would honor their calls for redemption, were swept aside as exiles and cast-off as rejects by the Israeli government. The Land of Israel has been reduced back to a role as a “bargaining chip for personal security.” A deep depression is sweeping over the “orange revolution” adherents. To them, from all appearances, the “Messianic ideology of the State of Israel as the ‘reishit tzemichat geulatein’", the initial flowering of our Redemption has turned out to be empty rhetoric and promises.
The promises of Hashem, the God of their forefathers, are portrayed truly as the myths of their past. While they will eventually deal with the persecuted Jewish patriot as a political refugee, the “Land of Israel” that the Lord of hosts looks as His “vessel” that will carry the children of Jacob to their redemption is accepted by many that it will never be fulfilled.
According to Dr. Tabak, both ideologies are wrong. Yes, the destruction of the orthodox presence in the N’vei Dekalim and all the satellite communities was a part of the unfolding path of the prophet’s image of Redemption. And so he appeals to the Torah in Deuteronomy 34:3 and with it the Talmudic interpretation in the Targum Yonatan ben Uziel that was an Aramaic sentence by sentence commentary of the Pentateuch and Prophets.
Deuteronomy 34:1-3 – “And Moses went up from the plains of Moab to the mountain of Nebo, to the top of Pisgah that is opposite Jericho. And God showed Him all the Land of Gilead, as far as Dan, and all of Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh and all the land of Judah, to the Western Sea, and the south, and the plain of the Valley of Jericho, the city of palm trees to Zoar."
"Ve'et hanegev ve'et ha kikar, bikat Yereicho ir hatemarim ad Tzoar."
Let us take this text (verse 3) and compare it with the Targum:
Targum Yonatan ben Uziel - "And the King of the South who joins with the King of the North to cause injury to the inhabitants of the Land (of Israel), and the Ammonites and Moabites – dwellers on the plains who cause pain to Israel, and the exile of the disciples of [the Prophet) Elijah who are exiled from the plains of Jericho, and the exile of the disciples of (the Prophet) Elisha who are exiled from the town of Dekalim by their brethren of the House of Israel, two hundred thousand, and the pain of each and every bonfire, and the disaster (caused by) Armalgus the Evil One, and the battle order of Gog, and at the time of that great agony, (the Archangel) Michael will rise up with (G-d's outstretched right) forearm to redeem."
"VeYat melich daroma di'mitchaber im melich tzifuna lechabala yatvei ar'ah, veAmonai uMoavai yatvei meishra deme'ikin lehon leYisrael, ve-yat galvat talmidei Eliahu de galan min bikata deYereicho, ve-yat galvat talmidei de'Elisha de galu min Kirvat Diklaya al yedei ahuhon beit Yisrael matan alfin guvrin, ve-yat akat kol dar vedar, ufuranut Armalgus reshia ve sidrei krava d'Gog, uve'idan tzaarah rabah hahi, Michael yekum bideraa leferuka."
Let us look at the Jewish rabbinic understanding of these geo-political events that are swirling around our lives. Let us first look at prophetic picture of the King of the North and the King of the South in Daniel.
Daniel 11:40 – “At the time of the end the king of the South shall attack him; and the king of the North shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter the countries, overwhelm them, and pass through."

Here we set the stage for the sages of the chosen ones who are, like the days of old, found themselves caught in the midst of global warfare. Here is the Et Ketz called the “time of the end” where there will be back and forth conflict with overt and covert warfare. It will be both conventional and psychological warfare as its most refined state in military history.
As we compare and analyze the Targum statement and compare it with the promises of the God of Israel to Moses, we find one by one we can now in these closing days identifying the key participants in the Final Dramatic Act of the Drama of the Ages.
Key Participants in the Targum Yonatan and How they relate to the Time of the End
· The classical Jewish commentary Metzudat David identifies these two kings. The King of the North is Edom; the inheritor of the Roman Empire, the Black Internationale as the Vatican fronted by its Jesuit power, the Golden Internationale as the western globalists powers with the United States as the fighting ram’s horn but the European Union as the negotiating and financial power base.
· The King of the South is the Ishmael-Amalek-Islamic world. This king of the South as identified with Ishmael and the Islamic world is also agreed by the Jewish commentator, Malbim.
The King of the North = Edom = Western Globalist of the United States and the European Union
The King of the South = Ismael = the consortium of the Islamic states in the Middle East
· The Ammonites are identified as the inhabitants of Rabat Ammon, the modern city of Amman, the capital of Trans-Jordan. We find the Moabites as the inhabitants dwelling in the land of southern Jordan and north-western part of Saudi Arabia . For a hundred and fifty years, the descendants of the ancient Ammonites and Moabites, the children of the incestuous relationship between Lot and his two daughters, immigrated north into Turkey and Palestine. Today they are known as the Palestinians, the focal source of the jihad and terror in the Land of Israel.
The Expulsion of Amona by the Israeli Riot Police
The Prophet Elijah who was the greatest prophet of Israel, ascended alive in a fiery cabob (chariot) and left his disciples at Jericho.
Prophet Elisha assumed the prophetic mantle of Elijah. Both of these great leaders of the school of the prophets embraced the prophetic message of redemption by the messiah. The land where the prophet Elijah carried his greatest work was the town of Decalim.
Today we now know this “town of Decalim” can be identities as “Neve Decalim.” It was the largest Israeli settlement that was forcibly evacuated in the Gaza Strip in August 2005.
The “Two hundred thousand” of the “brethren of the House of Israel”: This phrase identifies the IDF (Israeli Defense Force) that comprises about 200,000 troops and reservists. One-fourth (50,000) of the IDF were activated to evacuate the residence of Gaza.
The Aramaic word “dar” translated into English suggests the following: “generation”, “bonfire” or a “ploughed furrow.” These phrases give visible pictures of the bonfires burning up personal belongings and residents setting fire to their homes.
Armalgus is translated to “Armilius” the Aramaic name for Romulus, the founder of Rome according to the Targum on Isaiah 11:4. According to the students of the Vilna Gaon, in the final unfolding of the days of Redemption, the leader called Armilius will not be from Rome but a leader of the Erev Rav, like the “mixed multitude” that went with the Exodus from Egypt. It was their constant complaining and murmuring that caused continuous chaos with the children of Israel.
The War of Gog from the Land of Magog according to many Jewish sages is the battle where the Lord of hosts rescues the Jewish people in the Land of Israel (Zechariah 14) by a world leader (Nasi) called Gog from the Land of Magog (Ezekiel 38-39).
BibleSearchers Reflections posted an in-depth analysis of the “Rabbinic sage’s interpretations of Gog from the Land of Magog,” that anchors the identity of “Gog” from the Land of Magog as the President of the United States. As we watch the political landscape around the world, the global coalition headed by the United Nations (Ha’Um) whose Gematria 52, matches the Gematria of Magog, is prophesied to be lured and tugged to the Middle East and the Land of Israel.
The Ezekiel 38 prophetic War of Gog-Magog does not have to be seen as a hostile military invasion. Invasion it will be and conquer it will do, but it will come as an invasion of geopolitical force in the name of “peace” and with the hope of bringing democratic freedom to the rest of the Middle East. To the Jewish rabbabim interpretation, the War of GogUMogog which is the same as the War of the King of the North and the King of the South will have to take down the rising insurgence of the fundamentalist Islamics who do not want democracy but to set up a theocratic Islamic government to Allah.
Out of this international turbulent power struggle will arise a third and final power base, the fundamentalist “rightist” orthodox Jewish Patriots who want to set up a theocratic government to the God of Israel and nominate a legitimate Prince of David from one of the three remaining lineages of the House of David. To them, this “Prince of David” will become the reigning King of Israel as the “King Messiah.” What is interesting is that both of these forces, Jewish and Islamic, will be against the globalist dream of a One World Government. Both appear to be conquered but out of the pyre of the flames of destruction arrives the Maschiach (Messiah) ben David (son of David).
The archangel Michael, known as the protector and guardian of the Nation of Israel, will carry out the task to protect the “remnant” of the Jewish people during the perils of the last days.
Daniel 12:1 – “At that time Michael shall stand up, the great prince who stands watch over the sons of your people; and there shall be a time of trouble.”
In this last segment we give credit to Dr. Yacov Tabak, born and educated in Baltimore, Maryland and now an industrial environmental chemist in Israel for the last thirty years. His incredible insight into the prophetic fulfillment of the Talmudic commentary Targum Yonatan ben Uziel, allows insight into the merging of various prophesies in Daniel, Zechariah and Ezekiel. He in turn gives credit to Shabtai Shiloh in Jerusalem whose research stimulated this study. In conclusion, Dr. Tabok quotes:
Dr. Yacov Tabok – “And so, the "blue camp”, supporters of the "Disengagement", should not rejoice yet. The Messianic redemptive vision, leading to the Messiah, the first modern true prophet, who will begin to function in the wake of the War of Gog and Magog, is alive and well, and is supported, not negated, by the events at N'vei Dekalim and its environs.
The "orange Orthodox" camp, resolute opponents of Disengagement, may take heart. We mourn the terrible injustice and privation visited upon thousands of innocent citizens whose only "sin" has been intense idealism. However, what has happened to them may well be a harbinger of wonderful times to come. May they be comforted and their pain assuaged. And may all of Israel be blessed from On High.”
Today the Armilius is being identified yet his entourage is more likely the Christian Frankists and the Jewish non-Jew, called the American Neo-coms. It is they who hate the God of Israel and are willing to sell the Land of Israel for a cup of pottage. The final Exodus to the Promise Land will be agitated by the “mixed multitude” or the assimilated Jews who hold their allegiance with the Golden Internationale and the globalist interests of the Weishaupt’s Jesuit Illuminate, the Rothschild’s global monetary empire, the Sabbatean Jews and the Scottish Masonry as the Black Internationale.
The Gematria of the word Armalgus, the “misrendering” of the word Armilius is 340. This Gematria matches with the Gematria of the most prominent senior Israeli politician over the last two decades and it was not Ariel Sharon”
That politician identified as Armilius, today is the President of Israel, Shimon Peres.
