It was unthinkable a decade ago for a Jew or a Jewish rabbi to spend time considering the prophetic implications of their country in biblical prophecy. For that matter, most Christian churches had abandoned any consideration of Jerusalem in biblical prophecy; that is until 911.
Then in the midst of the first decade of the 21st century, an international War against Terror along with the realities that all geo-politics were beginning to revolve around Jerusalem, 24/7, the concept of the coming Messiah began to rise in the Jewish prophetic consciousness. At this time there arose a popular Jewish rabbi, Rabbi Yitzchak Kaduri, who also had a political streak to his spiritual ministry. He began to talk about the soon coming of the Messiah and that the War against Terror was one of the war cycles of the Gogu-Magog War. The fact that he was over one hundred years old, and one of the leading kabbalist rabbis studying the difficult and enigmatic conceptions of the “end of days” by the famed rabbi, called the Vilna Gaon, only enhanced his reputation in the Jewish world.
Then Rabbi Kaduri prophesied about arrival of the 2004 Indonesian tsunami and the coming world catastrophes. When “The Rav” died in the spring of 2005, over 200,000 to 300,000 Jews flocked the streets of Jerusalem at his funeral but only one major American newspaper noticed.
That was five years ago. Yet the prophetic interpretations of the Vilna Gaon concerning the rebuilding of the Jewish Third Temple were resurrected again in December 2009 that when with the completion of the rebuilding of the Hurva Synagogue for the third time, the construction of the Jewish Third Temple would begin.
In the midst of March, 2010, the Hurva Synagogue was completed and dedicated on the 1st day of the Festival of Pesach (Passover). Would it not be incredulous that the American White House would begin its assault to divorce itself from Israel, on that same week of the dedication of the Hurva Synagogue? The American threat came if the Netanyahu government of Israel did not come to the “Peace Table” and give the Hamas Palestinian government in Gaza, whose only desire was to “drive the Jews into the sea”, a Palestinian State on land from G-d’s Holy Land for a new Islamic nation.
To do so the State of Israel would have to partition the Land of Israel in Samaria and Judea, partition the capital of Israel in Jerusalem and give G-d’s Holy Land away, even though this is a prohibition of the Torah, and contains the signature of the G-d’s Holy Name. The confrontation between Obama against Netanyahu in the Oval Office, it appears, was only a piece of a larger process; to bring redemption to All Israel and the return of the Lost Tribes of the House of Israel.
To accomplish that event, the Jews will open up their hearts not just to “Lost Jews” but to the Lost Tribes of Israel living predominately in Northern Europe and America. The Ruach HaKodesh, the Spirit manifestation of the Divine, will reveal to each Lost 10 Triber their true identity and open up their hearts to their Jewish cousins. Not only that, the Eternal One of Israel will put a “new heart” within our lives that we may collectively call upon HaShem (“The Name”) to hasten our redemption.
At that time, the Eternal One will hear and will answer. There will come upon us an overwhelming desire to reach out to each other for brotherhood and will bind our prophetic destiny in creating a Greater Israel. This will prepare the holiness of the land to wait for the coming of the Messiah. The seeds have been planted; soon the flood of HaShem’s raindrops will soak the land with the Latter Rain. May we not forget that it’s all about the Eternal One and His Messiah!
